Hit the books man do what the pros say to do there the experts. Alot of dedication and hours I try to hit everybodypart 2 times a week I also believe symmetry is just important as bulk. I am all natural I am in the military. Protien every 3 hours for try to get my body weight maybe a little more. Use muscle-tech that shit works that all i have been taking for 2 years i will swear by it
thanks man. i'm hitting everything twice a week as well. eating well, and supplementing (haven't tried muscle tech yet though) and reading everything i can.
