Yeah you will see changes if you maintain anabolism versus catabolism. It's not restricted to cassein though, you can eat any source of protein and maintain anabolism as long as you eat frequently enough. Cassein is good b/c it stays much longer in the system, which keeps will try to keep you anabolic longer. Good for gains. But like i said you can eat real food and get same effects, that's good to know for all the bros out here who are trying to make ends meet.
