What i did was run about 7 miles a day and lift throughout the week (no particular regime) and ate what i want. the top of my abs became more visible but fatloss came to a hault after the first month . i probably only lost maybe 4 pounds of fat. conclusion- no way in hell your gonna lose love handles through only cardio. at least for me. diet is a must and a lot more important, plus with too much cardio u will lose a lot of muscle. just personal experiences i would like to share for whatever its worth
As everyone can see, the T3/leptin problems are highly visible for people that experiment w/ situations like these.
