Just got back from the gym - I HATE tredmills... So I hardly ever uttilize them while doing cardio. Anyways, my question is;
Does it matter if you use the tredmill or the Precore eliptical machine to do cardio? Running on a tredmill is just too hard on my knees it seems. Does it really matter what I choose to burn off that extra fat with? Or is it truly about reaching certain heart rates? TIA
