cardio... before or after lifting....

hello... should cardio be done before or after lifting.... is there
and advantage to one over the other... say for cutting or for
a bulking cycle...?

If you have to incorporate cardio in the same training session that you train weights(like me), do cardio after weights. You don't want to expend all of your glycogen stores before lifting.

Yep, if weight training and cardio in the same workout definitely do your cardio last. You don't want depleted glycogen before weight training.

True dat. After. You also burn a higher %age of calories from fat after the w/o as glycogen staores are lower, so you tap into the fat reserve much faster.

now someone else stated that if you do your cardio after lifting...

since you have expended your glycogen stores.. you will now
burn muscle
