If i am correct, and please correct me if im wrong, you want some simple carbs in you PWO shake to cause a boost in your insulin production. SO tonight for my PWO shake, i had 2 scoops ON whey, a scoop of L-Glutamine (5.0 grams) and a carb gel packet that my dad gave me. He uses them when he runs marathons, and the one i took tonight had 26 grams of carbs, and 10 of them were sugar......Can i use these on a regular or should i find another way to get my PWO carbs? Any input would be great....Thanks bros
