Hi, I am new to this site and new to bodybuilding. I will be competing in my first figure competition in 10 days (may 22) and I was wondering what advise anyone has as far as carb depleting this many days out or even at all? Someone advised to me to carb deplete 3 days then low carbs 1 day and repeat until competition... they said it would just keep me lean seeing as i don't really need to bulk too much for figure. Thanks for any input!
