Can't get enough calories

Just wanted to know how you get so many calories per day. I'm getting around 3500 cal/day 250g pro, 400g carb, 120g fat. I feel I need more calories. I would like 4000-4500/day. I eat chick breast, muscle milk, cot cheese, tuna sandwich but my belly just can't handle that much food. I could go with simple carbs like in certain weight gainers and sugary foods but thought that wasn't a good idea. Would it be worth throwing in some junk to get more calories. I am on test e 500mg/wk and Tren Ace 100mg eod also.
 
It's possible with clean food. Spreading your meals out more would help... maybe waking up a tad earlier to get a meal in, ect.

Variety is the spice of life... your appetite will be VERY happy if you use different preperatory measures for the same basic foods throughout the week... ex: eating plain chicken for 6 meals a day all week get OLD... fast.

Try using milk in the muscle milk instead of water.

ANPB is great for added calories in small amounts.

... junk is junk, leave it at that. Unless it's a reward/cheat meal well deserved, even then some people decided to opt not to and just over consume clean foods on their cheat/reward meals.

Agreed with the Sarge. ^^^^

If you see your strength increases and the scale weight going up every week I'd keep the calories the same. If not then by all means bump them up.

A lot of the guys from Arnold's day use to add heavy cream to their shakes along with honey and ice cream. Obviously not the cleanest of foods but you're on a cycle and the extra calories will be put to good use for sure.

I'm into the third wk of my cycle and I had an immediate weight gain the first two weeks. I know it was mainly water due to the d-bol jump start, but the last week my weight is up a pound, down a pound, up, down. I used nolva a the water has subsided so maybe the water is going down and the muscle going up so my weight is the same. I have had continued strength and size increases so that is good, I just don't want to waste part of the cycle from not enough cal. I may also be low balling my cal and pro on my meat sources cause I don't use a scale.
 
Yes, scale your meals a few times throughout the day and week... occasionally or for a week or more straight... then from there you can "eyeball" your food portions much better :)

Nolv... are you gyno prone? I just thought that was for that prevention/to fix it and Adex was for the "regular" anti-e ... and now there's AIFM (that I use... and i'm natty).
Maybe using Adex of AIFM would shed the bloat?... could be off base :rolleyes:
 
I now a little about mct's, it's the claim that muscle milk uses. I take that and usually end up with 120g fat day but I don't mind it. Where else do I find saturated fat with mct. I've started to add peanut butter to a cup of milk and make a shake, I can get 450 cal from that.
Any more suggestions would be great. After taking the advice of this thread, I'm up two pounds. Thanks guys.

FATS ARE YOU FRIEND :)

Cholestorel (sp?!) will in turn help your own natural Testosterone production... don't be scared of eating a good amount of eggs, red meat, olive oil, ect.... quality fats.

I eat every 2 hours - all day - every day. you dont need a mountain of food if you are eating every 2 hours. even the Tuna sandwich mentioned with 12 grain bread should give you 36 grams of protein thats 288 grams of protein if you had 8 sandwiches, throw in a couple glases of milk & your good to go. if you are a hard gainer split the can up and eat 2 sandwiches each time. simple but you gotta be punctual.
