Just wanted to know how you get so many calories per day. I'm getting around 3500 cal/day 250g pro, 400g carb, 120g fat. I feel I need more calories. I would like 4000-4500/day. I eat chick breast, muscle milk, cot cheese, tuna sandwich but my belly just can't handle that much food. I could go with simple carbs like in certain weight gainers and sugary foods but thought that wasn't a good idea. Would it be worth throwing in some junk to get more calories. I am on test e 500mg/wk and Tren Ace 100mg eod also.
