Hey CG, just got done reading thru your 5 pages. Whew!
The only thing that I see that I really dont like is this (and everyone else already knows what Im gonna say LOL)
Doing leg extensions is insanity IMO and many many other peeps too. The problem with them is that they put a huge amount of pressure in the back side of the patella. This makes for extremely amplified wear on a very small surface.
I would suggest that you completely drop out the leg extensions and never ever look at that dam machine again.
Now then you will replace those abominations with an excersize that actually promotes gr8 knee health namely Front Squats.
Not only are they a gr8 knee rehab excersize they are also a compound movement. Meaning that you ate getting a whole lot of bang for your buck by doing them.
On the assisted dip thingy.....it would benefit you more to not use that but it isnt gonna hurt you as will leg extensions. I have my peeps that cant do a full dip start out with negatives.
Now in order for these to work for you in developing strength you must fight every inch of the way down. Then just hop back up and keep doing that. In a short time you will be able to do a full dip.
Your off to a gr8 start in here and so far am impressed.
Good luck and keep posting.
