I think it's time I updated this! Haha, I still have been training 4-6 days a week, but have switched to morning sessions. It took a couple of weeks to get used to, but I'm about 3 weeks into the am sessions and it's starting to get easier!
I finally started the quest of trying to lean out... 2 days ago I had my progress pictures taken today, my weight is 148lbs, and my BF is around 18% right now.
I'm a little nervous of loosing muscle because I worked so hard to get what I do have so I'm really going to have to track things now.
I hope that everyone is doing well with their training
My new style of training has been based on volume. Today was arm day for me and I made a joke to my trainer that I must be on the 200th rep by now. He actually figured it out and sent me the numbers. Pretty cool to think of things this way and the amazing things we do with our bodies...
Biceps - 328 reps for a total of 8,470 lbs in 40 mins
Triceps - 335 reps for a total of 10,650 lbs in 40 mins
Moved a total of 19,120 lbs in 40 mins or 478 lbs / min
