Lateral press
50 lbs x 15 - static hold, 10 pumps
3 sets

Hey chika have not forgotten you.
On your leg day, put your leg press directly behind your (variation) of squats. You will get much more benefit.
Looking gr8 in here.
For pull ups. Do chin ups as you said you can.
Also on the pullups do ngeatives till your can do a full pull up.
But you have to fight that negative hard like I know you will.
