Warm up - in/outs/Press 5x15 X 3
DB press - 20x15, 25x15 X 2
DB upright row /SS/ w/ front lat raise (single arm, hammer style) - 25x15, /SS/ 10x20 X 3
Side lat raise - 12x15, drop, 10x15, drop, 7.5x15, drop 5x15 X 3 - BURNING!!
BB press - 50x15 X 2, 60x10 X 2
DB bent over rear delt fly /SS/w single arm rear delt fly - 8x15 /SS/ 10x12 X 2
Snow storm here, nothing like wipping the snow off your car while your shoulders are on fire!
