5am Wake up- take glutamin, multi Vitamin c
Gym

7am
2 cans of tuna
2 whole wheat pitas

9am
100g of peanut butter
a handful of teddy grams (don't ask)

11am 100g of peanut butter

12noon
200g sliced turkey breast and some mustard
medium sized sweet patoe with light margarine
large tim hortons English toffee coffee

2pm
100 g of peanut butter
some more teddy grams

4pm a can of tuna with some crackers


6pm some sushi
200lm toffee maple crunch ice cream

I'm sure i will eat more im still hungry
 
Looking good CC - you should do something with that awesome bod. You could compete now - without the diet or anything.

God damn, some find looking abs. :) Looks like you have made progress with them over the last few weeks.

STILL want to see the legs though! Quads, calves, hams...... :) :)

I thought there was a pic of her quads in her gallery the other week.
 
I had pics of my legs my gallery but when i was pissy the other day i took all of my pics down :worried:
