I'm gonna write a brief over view as this weekend is going to be pretty hectic and some stuff is going on, but i promise to write a true log starting Tuesday..

Some basic info:
My metabolism is quite high
My thyroid is a bit overactive, but doesnt require meds quite yet..

And well fine i will say the part i have always left out which some might have already assumed.. I had ADHD, which i do take medication for, whihc also adds to the impact of the above two as well

I have taken one cycle of Anavar back in October and will most likely take a second cycle mid march or close to the end.

My current weight as of this morning was 121.3
Height: 5'6
Bust: 34
Waist 25 (abs poking out are causing it to fluctuate between 25 and 26)
Hips 35

Work out 5- 6 times a week

Cardio 3 times a week 20 minutes on step mill at low speed

I have pretty much been following shadows work out for the other girls with a few modifications as i skip the cardio, and don't do squats as my legs tend to shake a bit too much and i prefer the leg press.

P.S Do you really wanna know how much i cheat too??? :worried:

YAY! Welcome to the daily update world! :p

Why do your legs shake on squats?? Just relating a little of my experience, until I played around w/ PL I don't think I had very good squat form, which aggravated my back. I love doign leg press and have "racked it up" for years. The doc mentioned that the leg press may have also aggravated my back. When the back got really bad, I stopped training for a few months, also whiel I was traveling & moving a lot. So after I found my current chiropractor & worked w/ him for about a month, he gave me the go-ahead to start training again.

I hired one of teh local trainers and he did a few things to demonstrate what had happened after that time off and the fact that as my back increased in pain, I started relying on other muscles, the 'fine-tune' muscles vs the major strength muscles, my core strength got shot. The greatest demonstration of this was standing on one of those BOSU balls -- the rubber half-sphere thing - so I just stood on the sphere part of it and tried to hold steady -- my legs were shaking like leaves. Totally showed that my core strength was totally gone.

Anyway, if for any reason that is an issue for you & the shaky legs, I've gone back to the PL stuff - 1 squat = 1 GM + 1 deadlift. I spend a lot of time working my core strength so I don't end up w/ the shaky legs again.

If this isn't the issue, then, please disregard & return to topic :)

Good luck w/ the log!

My right leg shakes for a few reasons.. its'a bit weaker than the left one. I broke the main bone in the lower leg when i was 6 and was never taken to thearapy and i have also brokent hat ankle twice. I also took a nasty fall down a big flight of stairs when i was 19 and hit my knee against a metal railing and it hasnt ever really been the same. I had a blood clot in this leg too.. but don't this this has affect it in any way :worried:

Actually, the blood clot could have something to do with it, unless your Dr. told you it didn't -- clots can affect the nerves...

Core strength will STILL help with form ..... regardless of past conditions. Core strength is a PRIORITY for good effective squats.
