Can too much protein be bad?

Averaging about 250g protein for the past 4 wks now and weigh 187 lbs. As long as you workout, do cardio, and drink plenty of water, think you are fine. But the day i end up in a hospital bed when i'm 70 yrs old, i'll regret not eating all the fatty foods i could have when i was young. Lifes a bitch sometimes.
 
TOO MUCH PROTEIN? I DON'T THINK NO ONE WILL HAVE PROBLEMS CONSUMING TOO MUCH. BESIDES THE MORE YOU TAKE IN THE BIGGER YOUR MUSCLES WILL GROW. PERIOD.
 
I'm still alive for now! I have done the 400grams plus for long periods of time! I have checked out so many studies it would make your head spin! Who the fuck knows what is to much! Depends on ones health etc! I can just "Feel" when I have enough!

drink 2 gallns of milk a day I am amazed how peopel are willing to do drugs but aren't willing to eat extra amounts of food, if you aren't eating 8-9,000 cals a day then you aren't bulking and if your over 210 then it should be 10-12,000 cals

32 cups of milk=3200 cals +256 grams protein 3 nlarge shakes =1830+156 grams protein, then you got 400 grams f prten right their then i jsut go out and ea tliek an eniter pizza with peperoni thats another 2,000 cals thats 7,000 right there not counting breakfast or lunch and usually the pizza has 150+ grams of protein so that was 500+ grams what was so hard about that if you do it right u get big one time and you gian 20-30 pounds and keep every pound 99% of you guys half ass everything and think juice is going to make up for it just eating right will get you big man, juice is not the answer, and if you can't eat this much you shouldn;t be juicing for size cuz your just lazy,
 
there are no studies that prove "too much" protein is problematic. Try to find a study that demonstrates the high protein myth without having the sample already suffering from prexisting renal failure, you won't. It is true that high protein diet can cause some calcium to leech out of the bones but the amount that is lost in a single day can be replaced by a cup of milk.
