Hi!
One place that needs major muscle is my calves..
I read in some bodybuilding book that they say you can work the calves more than 2x a week, that you can really pound the calves that its one good way to to make them grow.

I Usually just do standing calf raises and seated calf raises,
would they be ok to do 2xs a week?

The 4-week workout I'm on has me doing calves 2x a week..... I don't have any problems with it..... I think I have some nice development in my calves too.....

I think it is fine to do calves 2x a week on non-consecutive days.

Also think about other ways to hit calves - stairs, plyometrics.

Might want to take a calf pic flexed & unflexed now, then after doing calves 2x a week for a month & see if you see any diff......

...calves should be trainer with the same frequency as any other muscle group
