How long can I stay in a calorie deficit without going into starvation mode? Is it calculated by number of calories under or how many days in total you've been under?
If you need to drop 500 calories a day to lose a pound a week and if I was to go under by a 1000 to aim for 2 lbs a week will I be putting myself into starvation mode?
