Bulking diet needs your opinion please...

I train at 5am
Pre: 2 scoops 100% whey shake
post: 2 scoops isolate and 6 oz grape juice

Breakfast:
12 egg whites, 1/2 cup hashbrowns, half green pepper

Snack:
can of tuna with 2 slices of WW bread

Lunch:
2 chicken breasts, 1 cup veges, 1 sweet potato

snack:
1 cup cottage cheese, 1 cup fruit

Dinner:
Red Meat, lots of veges no carbs

Pre Bed:
1 casein shake.
 
Doesn't look like enough food to me. I think you're in need of AT LEAST one more proper meal per day.

Got the macros for this diet? How much meat are you eating at dinner?
 
have not done it up yet.........i guess i preface this as not trying to add but 10 lbs.........im 27 5'9" 165 lbs....red meat is close to 10oz
 
why arent you eating carbs at your last 2 meals? you are bulking, just choose complex carbs and youll be fine (sweet potatoes, brown rice, whole wheat pasta, etc). you need more food. honestly, this is a CUTTING diet.
 
No milk? I would recommend a glass of milk with each meal and mix the shakes with milk.

Why no egg yolks? You are throwing away most of the nutrition and the cholesterol concerns are over hyped.

That is a lot of eggs for breakfast. Consider using half as much and adding a chicken breast and some cheese.

You may get bored eating the same thing everyday. Rotating two or three different daily plans could help you stick to the diet.
