Dude nix the cardio you can always loose the fat, ive done it both ways and gained almost double the muscle bulking without cardio than with. but its all what you feel nessisary.

To do or not to do Cardio...That is a question I have long struggled with. I used to not do it, but now feel its necessary for better overall help. What are some other thoughts on this issue??
