Hey gals

I got a PM from a gal on here and i thought it may be useful to share my input and get other comments.....so here goes

shes basically wondering why her ass is actually getting smaller and not bigger and rounder sort of thing...

so I was noticing this on myself about a month ago...then my friend helped me out with a new program, completely cut out the cardio, none, nadda. It was hindering my muscle mass devl in my legs.

Another thing is the deep sumo squats........believe me they kick ass......then i do them closer together to focus a lil more on my quads. And i go real heavy, even to start with I try to do my heaviest set first and maintain this weight, or maybe drop it if i cant keep the reps.

Im not saying it will work for everyone, but it has for me. I also have been training legs 3 times a week. Its a diff program, the first 3 weeks were hell, now week 4 ive droped the sets and reps. Gaining mass like a MOFO.....
 
I wonder if any ladies here have done outer booty work such as glumatis medius and minimus. The "outter thigh machine" would work em well. Probably helps to get that nice curvy round ass.
 
abductor = outter thigh no?

i finish every other leg day with abductors/adductors... they make up a third of your leg mass and yeah, they add to the bootay shape... genetics get ya the furthest in this area though... :(

Should be noted also that the girlie who PMed ya was probably losing BF pretty effectively (hence the shrinking hiney) but not eating enough to gain muscle...Takes a lot of muscle to make a big butt.

i would like to add them in...i just do regular squats right now...
