Buildin that bootay

Inner/outer thigh/glutes get worked really well during squats, they help stabilise and mobilise all the joints involved. This is why most bbers save the isolation exercises until right before a contest and then it's just to bring out more seperation. I used to do inner/outer leg exercises all the time but without any results. I learnt to squat and have never looked back.

Leg Day is TODAY!!!

Heavy SUMO'S it is !

Cool girl....just take caution if you are used to warming up in weight first, you may need to warm up a bit.

BC when i first did this, i put my heaviest on each side to start off cold, and boy did my inner thigh hurt after...so i gotta warm it up first, now i can just start with it no probs.

You know those wings i got going on....i attribute it to sumos seriously....

Also i find it easier to point your toes out a lil...sort of like a plie in ballet.....

GET TOUGH GIRL>>>>>>

how...do...you...do...these?

do you go with a really wide stance/toes out? that's the way i'm picturing these anyways...????

i thought Lobo had posted info on this but i cant find at present. Anyways, another place i found info is on the Muscle & Fitness site. I think its muscleandfitness.com...i dont have time to check, but its in training i think.legs....

But heres a quick summary, legs wide apart, toes slightly pointed out, deep squat, sit down sort of back, hang your ass down there, i go real heavy and then i do a set where i stay at the bottom for 2 secs then back up. Look up, it helps with form...
