**Really feel like I need to start changing up this workout routine a little bit, like adding in more dropsets, supersets, etc. But, I'm going to stick with this until I can find a new gym after the move.

PWO Protein Shake w/ 1 scoop whey, strawberries, pineapple, mango and water
Had to sit at the dealer for 2 hours to get my car worked on. The whole time I was there, a buffet table full of muffins, jelly-filled danishes (my fav), cookies and granola bars were staring me in the face. I deliberately sat there and looked at it to test my willpower rather than get up and move. Somehow I was able to resist the urge to eat one of those sugar-free cookies. I wish I could do that all the time...
