It's hell for me trying to get up @ 6:30 - I don't know how you do it!!! lol

:lmao: One nice thing about being newly divorced. Can go to bed around 8 and get up at 4. I've definitely had to force myself to become a morning person. Sometimes I think I should get hazard pay for having to sprint on a treadmill in the dark at 4:30 am. I've had a couple of near misses... :rolleyes:
 
Tuesday, Jan 3rd

4:30 am: 2 CB

HIIT Cardio on treadmill: 5 min warmup and 5 min cooldown
30 sec sprint, 1 min recovery jog x 8 cycles
17 oz water

5:25 am: 1 Glucorell-R

Meal 1: 5:40 am

multivitamin
potassium supp
4 white, 1 whole egg scrambled
1/2 c oatmeal w/ 1/4 c strawb, 1 scoop whey and splenda
1 liter water

Meal 2: 8:30 am

3 Levorex
2/3 c 1% cottage cheese w/ splenda
1/3 c strawberries
17 oz water

Meal 3: 11:30 am

2 T-Rex
1 slice cheese pizza
1 slice choco cake w/ icing
1 liter water

Meal 4: 2 pm

1 slice pizza

Meal 5: 4:45 pm

2 scoops ice cream in waffle bowl

I may have eaten like a pig today, but I have never felt like that at the gym. My strength and energy went through the roof tonight - I could have run a marathon. Is this what it feels like once you start bulking? I guess there's a silver lining to pigging out!
 
Yuck! The New Year's Resolution crowd is back in full force. All kinds of people walking around with "customized" :rolleyes: fitness plans in their hands, checking out machines, getting in the way, taking up space, etc... I just dread this time of year.

We would always dread the "cloggers" too. They just clog shit up and have a "quick fix" in mind. What a waste of space!!! :redhot:

I totally feel your pain... I had some guy just staring at me dumbfounded yesterday when I was doing my weights. Apparentley he didn't get the message that STARING is impolite. Of course the people that do linger most of the year and drop out in the fall and then come back to check out the new wave of fresh meat are back also....
 
lol @ "cloggers". I almost ran a few of them over tonight, especially when a machine I wanted opened. Had to snatch it up immediately or it disappeared to some ding-dong that would spend 5 min just trying to figure out how to work it. :rolleyes:

Treilin, I know exactly what you mean about the stares. I was in last night and a few people stood there with their mouth open staring at me while I did DB rows with the 40lb DBs. Big freakin' deal... It was only 40 lbs. Course, watching a girl break out into a sweat tonight using the 5lbers was pretty humorous. :)

Meal 3: 11:30 am (forgot my T-Rex-paid for that later when I crashed)

1 oz grilled chix
peppers and onions
2 T low sodium tomato sauce
2 slices ww double fiber bread
1 liter water

Meal 4: 2:30 pm

2 T natty PB

5:10 pm: 1 Glucorell-R

Meal 5: 5:15 pm

6 in sub on ww bread from subway
turkey w/ peppers, onions, cucumbers, lettuce and oil and vinegar
