8:30 am: HIIT Cardio on treadmill
5 min warmp-up, 5 min cooldown
30 sec sprint @ 8 MPH, 1 min recovery jog @ 5 MPH x 8 cycles

Meal 1: 9:40 am

2 T-Rex
multivitamin
potassium supp
4 white, 1 whole egg scrambled
1/2 c oatmeal and splenda
1/4 c strawberries
1 scoop whey
1 liter water

1 pm: 1 Glucorell-R

Meal 2: 1:25 pm

2 T-Rex
ww tortilla
2 T low sodium tomato sauce
2 oz ground bison
peppers and onions
1/4 c red fat mozz cheese
1 liter water

3:40 pm: 3 Levorex

Meal 3: 3:45 pm

1/2 c 1% cottage cheese
1/3 c strawberries and splenda
17 oz water

Meal 4: 6 pm

salad w/ 1c iceberg lettuce and 3 cucumber slices
1 T light ranch dressing
10 grilled shrimp
1 c steamed broccoli
4 slices steamed carrots
30 oz water

Meal 5: around 9 pm (before bed)

2 T natty PB
Protein Drink

Totals: 1356 cals (43% protein, 22% carbs, 35% fat)

Friends of mine wanted to go out to the Italian place for lunch. I was good and just had grilled chix and spinach, even though I was salivating over that pasta and bread. :p But, I think I felt better about holding out and resisting, then I would have if I actually gave in and ate it.

Thanks mermaid, although I felt like a total failure today. I've decided that today can go down as a cheat day, rather than just a meal. Had a party at work, and to avoid being anti-social and a complete snot I had a slice of pizza. Well, of course that led my co-workers to giving me a big slice of choco cake smothered in all the icing they could pile on.

After a few stressful confrontations with the move/sale of my house, I downed another piece of pizza. Then, to top it off since I want to hit my favorite ice cream place one last time before I leave, I did on the way home and got a double scoop of fudgie cheesecake and cake batter ice cream in a waffle bowl. :chomp:

Ugh, while I feel a little better after eating that (okay, alot better) I feel like crap for giving in. But, I guess we all fall off of the wagon at one time or another. The only thing that's saved the day is my sheer determination to NOT throw the chinese buffet in on top of it. That's also on my list of places to eat before I leave, but it's not going to be tonight! :evil: Better hit the gym instead.

It's hell for me trying to get up @ 6:30 - I don't know how you do it!!! lol
