Thanks hun. It helps when you don't have any family anywhere close by to visit. :mix: Not sure if that's good or bad - it was a lot lonelier than I thought it would be.

I'm just mentally, emotionally and physically exhausted right now...

Well given all that, I think you did incredibly well food and workout wise this long weekend. I hope you feel better soon, BG!

**Will be taking cheat meal tonight instead of Friday. Friends of mine from the gym want to go out for Mexican and tonight was the only option. These last 3 weeks may be hard to take just one cheat meal per week. But, I'll never see most of these people again so I'll just take it as it comes and enjoy it til it's over. :(

BG, sometimes life beckons and you need to take a break from the regime. Sounds like you have a good reason this time around. As long as you get right back on the wagon when you can, all should be fine. I know personally that the guilt can be very consuming, but I can also tell you that in the BIG picture, it really doesn't turn out to be a huge deal.

I know you're absolutely right RT and I actually thought of all the fun you have with your friends and then get right back on track. So, I am determined to spend these last 3 weeks enjoying myself with people I may never see again.

And to be honest, I think this was the most enjoyable evening I have spent with friends in a loooong time. It struck me on the drive home how much I have in common with them, and how hard these last 3 weeks are going to be. So, we have already planned another dinner for next week. In fact, we have so much in common that we've planned a place where we can have healthy options and we're all determined to stick with them.

I just hope that I can meet people like this when I get to New York who are so supportive of me and my goals. They even bought me going away gifts. It is going to be sooo hard to leave come January 23rd, even though I know in the long run it is best for me. :worried:

Good luck BG.
