1/2 c oatmeal w/ 1/3 c strawberries, 1 scoop whey and splenda
1 liter water

3 c coffee, 3 oz skim milk (ugh, could barely stay awake last night!)

1:30 am: 3 Levorex
8 oz water

Meal 2: 1:40 am

1/2 c 1% cottage cheese w/ 1/4 c strawberries and splenda

Meal 3: 4:45 am - still not hungry at this hour

1.5 oz grilled chix
peppers and onions
17 oz water

Meal 4: 7:20 am
2 T natty PB
Protein Drink

Nap: 8:45 am - 1:15 pm

1:30 pm: HIIT Cardio on treadmill
30 sec @ 8MPH, 1 min recovery @ 5 MPH x 8 cycle
5-min warmup and cooldown

Abs: Lying Leg Raises: 3 sets of 10
Crunches: 3 sets of 10
Oblique crunch: 3 sets of 10
Back Extensions: 2 sets of 10

2:15 pm: 1 Glucorell-R

Meal 5: 2:30 pm

2 T-Rex
1/2 c oatmeal w/ 1/4 c strawberries, 1 scoop whey and splenda
1 liter water

Will be having my usual seafood feast for Xmas Eve dinner - shrimp cocktail, steamed lobster tail and broiled scallops... :p

should have had some veggies with this meal but my appetite has been pretty low lately - combination of mid shifts and starting the T-Rex back up. I'll try better for "lunch" this morning.

Totals: 1715 cals (48% protein, 23% carbs, 28% fat)

**Took my ex out for Xmas dinner and, of course, IHOP was all that was open. The pancakes were (I believe) whole wheat, but they scrambled the eggs in butter. Yuck - can't believe how long that taste stayed with me - next time no butter!!

Nap: 6:30 pm-8:45 pm

Great job on x-mas day! You did MUCH better than I!!!

Thanks hun. It helps when you don't have any family anywhere close by to visit. :mix: Not sure if that's good or bad - it was a lot lonelier than I thought it would be.

Between that, working midnight-8 each night, a pinched nerve (I think) in my neck and having absolutely no appetite, I feel like crap today. All I want to do is bury my head in a pizza box or plate of french fries for comfort food. But, I'm fighting off that urge - although I will indulge in sf pudding here in a little bit. Then, off to bed before I snap.

I'm just mentally, emotionally and physically exhausted right now...
