5:30 am: 2 CB

6 am: HIIT Cardio on treadmill
30 sec sprint @ 8 MPH, 1 min recovery jog @ 5 MPH x 8 cycles
5 min warm-up and cooldown
17 oz water

Wasn't sure I was going to make it through this one. My lungs always feel like they're going to explode. Monitored my heart rate a little better this morning and when I'm done with my 12-min interval training I'm up to 210 bpm. During my cooldown it drops between 10-20 bpm, until it winds up at 150 by the time I'm finished. Don't know why my heart rate shoots up so high, but I guess I just have to live with it.

7:15 am: 1 Glucorell-R

Meal 1: 7:30 am

multivitamin
potassium supp
4 scrambled egg whites, 1 whole
1/2 c oatmeal w/ 1/4 c rasp, 1 scoop whey and splenda
1 liter water

Workout: Abs and Back

Knee Raises with 6lb medicine ball: 3 sets of 10
Ball Crunch with 16lb core ball: 3 sets of 10
Oblique Crunch: 3 sets of 10
Back Extensions: 2 sets of 10
Wide-grip PD: 1 set of 8@70, 2 sets of 8@80
Bent-over DB Row: 1 set of 8@30, 1 set of 8@35, 1 set of 8@40
Narrow-grip PD: 1 set of 8@70, 1 set of 8@80, 1 set of 8@90

12:20 pm: 1 Glucorell-R

Meal 2: 12:40 pm

2 T-Rex
3 corn tortillas
1.75 oz ground turkey
peppers and onions
2 T organic salsa
1 liter water

Had the most wonderful conversation with several friends at the gym today. Hadn't seen them in about 2 weeks and they said the changes that I've made to my body have just been "incredible" (to use their words). I sure am going to miss everyone I work out with. Every now and then you just stumble onto a group of uplifting and positive people, and for me they are it.

Meal 3: 4:15 pm

3 Levorex
1/2 c 1% cottage cheese w/ 1/4 c rasp, 1 T natty PB and splenda

1 c coffee, 1 oz skim milk

Meal 4: 7:30 pm

2.5 oz ground turkey
1/2 c steamed broccoli
peppers and onions
1 liter water

Meal 5: 10:30 pm

2 T natty PB
Protein Drink

Totals: 1322 cals (41% protein, 28% carbs, 31% fat)

Meal 1: 8:25 am

2 T-Rex
multivitamin
potassium supp
4 scrambled egg whites, 1 whole
1/2 c oatmeal w/ 1/4 c rasp, 1 scoop protein and splenda
1 liter water

5 underhand Pull-ups (I was challenged to do one by a friend and ended up doing 5! This may become a regular part of my routine.)
Bench Press: 2 warmups at 45lbs, 1 of 8@65, 1 of 8@75, 1 of 8@85, 1 6@95
Flat DB Flye: 1 of 8@25, 2 of 8@30
Incline DB Press: 3 of 8@30
Cable Crossovers: 1 of 8@50, 1 of 8@60

Ugh, I am so freaking po'd at myself. I've been sitting here waiting for my orders to come through to put the house on the market, schedule movers etc. I sent the paperwork in almost 3 weeks ago and haven't heard anything. Called this morning - then realized I had sent it to the wrong person, in the wrong building, in the completely wrong state!!!

So, meanwhile my house is still sitting here 2 weeks past the date it could have been on the market because I'm a MORON! Aaarrrggghhh!!! Just when you think you're done making incredibly stupid mistakes, an even bigger one comes up and bites you on the butt! :redhot: :sulk:

Ack! HATE when that happens...don't be too hard on yourself. We all make errors especially under stress. At least you had the good sense to follow up instead of waiting for longer so you can rectify the problem NOW immediately. Good luck, sweetie :heart:

Off to take a nap-maybe this headache will go away.
