This may be a stupid question, but I am REALLY curious, what is red fat mozz cheese? I see you eat some almost everyday. I need to find out what I am missing out on!! :spin: ;)

Yay, I have a visitor.

Red fat mozz cheese is just mozzarella cheese made with part skim milk (I'm just too lazy to type out the whole name). I will usually throw 1/4 cup on my whole wheat tortilla pizzas that I make just to top it off and make it seem like a real pizza. Occassionally I'll use it on ground turkey or buffalo just to jazz it up a little. Probably not the best thing in the world to eat, but it gives me a little treat now and then. :chomp:

5:30 am: 2 CB

6 am: HIIT Cardio on treadmill
30 sec sprint @ 8 MPH, 1 min recovery jog @ 5 MPH x 8 cycles
5 min warm-up and cooldown
17 oz water

Wasn't sure I was going to make it through this one. My lungs always feel like they're going to explode. Monitored my heart rate a little better this morning and when I'm done with my 12-min interval training I'm up to 210 bpm. During my cooldown it drops between 10-20 bpm, until it winds up at 150 by the time I'm finished. Don't know why my heart rate shoots up so high, but I guess I just have to live with it.

Had the most wonderful conversation with several friends at the gym today. Hadn't seen them in about 2 weeks and they said the changes that I've made to my body have just been "incredible" (to use their words). I sure am going to miss everyone I work out with. Every now and then you just stumble onto a group of uplifting and positive people, and for me they are it.

Awww! As cheesy as it sounds, I think people definitely come into your life for a reason.

And on that note, isn't it time for some progress pictures? ;)
