1/2 c 1% cottage cheese w/ 1/4 c rasp, 1 T natty PB and splenda
Meal 4: 6:15 pm
2 oz grilled chix
peppers and onions
2 T organic salsa
1 liter water
Meal 5: 7:45 pm
1/2 c 1% cottage cheese w/ 1/4 c rasp, 1 T natty PB and splenda
17 oz water
Totals: 1477 cals (44% protein, 22% carbs, 34% fat)
