Breakfast Question

Hi everyone,
I have a question that I hope can be answered. Currently for breakfast I have the following:

4 egg whites
1 banana
1 slice Ezekiel bread with PB

Now I've read on the forums that Oatmeal should be eaten at breakfast. I eat breakfast at work and therefore would only be able to eat the Quaker Instant Oatmeal- Regular.

Should I stick with the bread or the oatmeal?

You can make regular oats in the microwave... Takes 2-3 mins for 1 cup

Yes grab some instant oat meal and heat it in the microwave (what I do)

this is an affordable time for you to get your carbs in for the day then and after your work out, you need carbs daily use them at the right times!
 
Take two separate containers, one with raw oats and the other with natural applesauce; once at work, mix. Has been my breakfast, along with eggs, for the past three years.
 
I mix my oates in my morning protein shake. I use 12-16 ounces of lite soy milk, and a scoop or two of protein powder and then add in a 1/2 cup of oates. Shake it up and wait about 15 to 20 minutes for the oates to get soft. Delicious!
 
Ezekial bread is awesome if you arent precontest for a diet.(in some cases ive used it too), if anything Id ditch the bananna. Upp your egg whites to about 8, 1/2 cup oats and 1 slice of ezekial (if you want to keep the bread)

300 cals
35 grams of complex carbs
30 grams of bcaa rich protein.
6 grams fat

Avoid this sugar-laden processed stuff. Oats and water take 3 mins to make, and they're so much healthier than these pre-packaged servings.
