Breakfast Problem

My wife and I are both working on loosing some extra fat, and are following a good diet. Here is the problem - Most diets are recommending too much food for us to consume in the morning. We do AM cardio and then wait about 45 minutes to an hour to eat. Neither of us are very hungry. What would you recommend for meal 1 if this was the case. Switch the solid food meal one with a protein shake, and have a solid food meal for both meals 2 and 3?

that could work. why not eat the whole food, cut down on the portion size in breakfast, and adjust another meal to make up for the calories.

eat more caloricly dense stuff = less volume. Some low carb cereal with ISO AGB protein and water instead of milk, fortified with a big pinch of cinamon and some orange rind for flavor, and a healthy 1/4 cup or better of Walnut pieces will really boost up the calorie total while adding a heap of groovulicious EFAs and make you feel satisfied without stuffing you.
