Breakfast meal

Hey all

i have got a problem with my breakfast meals.....up until now i have been heeding to advice given, and every breakfast i have been eating oats.

Recently i have been less tolerant and yesterday i just threw it up....my system isnt tolerating it anymore........

Same thing is happening as it did with the tuna...my stomach stopped tolerating it....

I need some advice as to a good breakfast alternative? any ideas would be much apreciated!

People seem to be very knowledgable on here and i always get good advice

Make egg burritos.

Get some whole wheat tortilla shells. They have good carbs and are equivalent to oatmeal.

Also, cook your eggs in the microwave. Break open the eggs, put in bowl, cook for one minute, STIR, then cook again for about a minute.

You MUST stir the eggs half way through because eggs will still explode even if out of the shell. It is also very healthy because there is no butter etc. needed. Just cook and serve. Throw in some other things like onion etc. as you please.
 
I posted my ideas in the diet section for this same thread. Johnny, get a pencil and some paper ready because the good bros of EF will have a bunch of good recipes for you!

find needto meal of the week thread in diet forum i think, theres more recepies in there than you could cook in a week!
 
Steak and eggs with a spinach salad and almonds.

That's what I ate last Sunday at 7am. F'n great!

That Quaker instant stuff is crap. Have you tried steel-cut oats?
