Guys, this is the diet plan I'm going to start out with. My goal is reach 8% bodyfat, naturally. Right now, I'm 29 years old, 6'3" 270lbs and 20% bodyfat. I recently spoke to Mr.X and he recommended that I start with 3000 calories with 300 grams of Protein(40%), 225 grams of Carbs(30%), and 100 grams of Fat(30%). He wants me to stick with these calories for 2 weeks straight then add a Refeed day once a week(Sunday) from that point on. Here's the diet I came up with. Please feel free to tweak or rip apart anything that might be beneficial to reach my goal...

Meal 1:
1 cup of Oatmeal
2 scoops Of Protein Powder(All The Whey)
1/2 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Meal 2: (Post-Workout)
2 scoops of Protein Powder
1/2 cup of Dextrose

Meal 3:
1 cup of Oatmeal
1 can of Tuna
1 Whole Egg
1 cup of Broccoli

Meal 4:
7oz. of Chicken Breast
2 Whole Eggs
1 cup of Broccoli
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

Meal 5:
7oz. of Chicken Breast
1 cup of Broccoli
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

Meal 6:
4 Egg Whites
1 Whole Egg
1/2 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

Meal 7: (Before Bed)
1 1/2 scoop of Protein Powder in water
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
15 grams of Psyllium Husk Fiber

So, what do think, fellas???

looks like you got your diet spon on bro!
might like to add som oily fish or fish oil sup to get some EPA and DHAs in your diet

now get your training + cardio sorted out and you';ll b good to go

also apart from post workout make sure your getting a protein blend or miceller casein as whey is absorbed too quickly and rendered almost useless

^^Juve why aren't you supposed to consume fat before your workout?
Fat slows down the digestion process and slows the absorbtion of macronutrients. In the time around your workout you do not want this absorbtion to be slowed down because your body is in desire need of those nutrients more quickly.

Guys, I'm going to stick with the 1/2 tablespoon of Olive Oil with my first meal. The reason being is I wait atleast 1 1/2-2 hours to let most of my food digest before working out. Plus, it keeps me full.

7 whole eggs =seems like too much yolk
and
14 oz of chicken=seems like not enough whole meat, too much meat from 'shakes'

I didn't get your post Kentucky. The diet has most of my carb intake centered before and after I weight train. The rest is basically Protein/Fat based meals. There's only 4 whole eggs a day. Where did you get 7?
