Bodybuilders Are Stronger Than Powerlifters!

Sure it is zulu! That's 610 pounds! After all, it's total work that counts!

This debate has gone from stupid to retarded to completely fucktarded. Can we end it now? It's not even an interesting incorrect point that's being debated. It's sheer stupidity. Alex, post a pic. Then shut the hell up. NOBODY is agreeing with you here, and your condescension considering just how absolutely clueless you obviously are is laughable. Please, try to save some semblance of pride or self respect and concede.

I try to tell my friend this all the time that to get stronger you don't want to do a bunch of reps (he thinks to do a lot of reps prior to lifting maximal weight is more impressive) but rather put the plates on and lift a few reps heavy weight (after warmup of course) but he won't listen that's why I fully expect to out do him shortly (for now he's bigger naturally than me but i'm catching up)

Is benching 305 twice stronger than benching 600 once?

Just admit you're wrong man.

If you do it twice as fast as that one rep then MAYBE!!!!
Do the math. 610 vs 600.

Ok......this is funny.
Alex, if you think going for reps makes you stronger, go and lie under a 600lb bar, unrack it and then come back and tell us about this experience (if you are capable of breathing still).

I say that since he can proably squat 200 lbs. for ten reps, he should try to un-rack a bar loaded to 2000 lbs. Should be no effort at all except for the poor slobs that have to clean the floor.

Die...

Die, thread, die! May this be the final post on this thread. SSAlexSS is simply too dense to see the error in his reasoning. He is wrong and the rest of the board knows it.

me too. This thread has spun out of control.

But hey some of my posts are great! Actually yeh I made a fluke here... But a reasonable thread soon become stupid thread because certtain people took it too seriously like little kids and made a mess!!!!!!!

Mr weak can take his jack and push the lever 100 times until he's gone to complete failure. And he's lifted the car 5 times in 10 minutes. Mr. strong can lift the car 5 times until he can't lift it any more after 10 seconds.
He's not called Mr. strong for nothing.:fro:
