you'd be better off with the real thing (ice cream that is)... stay away from all those artificial sweeteners, sugar alcohols, etc. Having one cheat day per week is acceptable and healthy for your sanity too!
I used to panic that I couldn't eat anything that tasted good for fear of gaining fat...sweets were my downfall, so I stayed clear away from them.... but during my last two cycles, I ate and ate and ate and ate... not always bad, but I definitely ate more types of food than I normally wood...the conclusion for me was I gained alot more weight... not *too* much fat and I could burn it off easily at a later time.
