big legs are the key to a bigger upper body, u want them?

I would have to think while on aas it doesn't make any difference. Naturally yeah, working the largest muscles in your bod will raise your test levels because of the enormous amount of stress. Which in turn will build the rest of you up quicker. I am a firm beleiver that squats and deadlifts (giving the most stress compared to anything else) will build your entire bod.

i agree...keep in mind that legs are the biggest muscle group in human beings. train legs hard and more growth hormone will be released....

although here in new jersey there are a bunch of skinny legged, thick chested bodybuilders, i believed if these indivuduals emphasized a litlle more on their legs, not only would they have a more proportionate bodies, but their "thick chest" would be achieved in less time (considering one will release growth hormone at a faster rate)
