legs are key, if you dont like doing legs, u better learn to like it. your upper body wont turn into shit if ur legs arent in proportion or bigger than ur upperbody. do sprits, dont jog.
Your logic is flawed. Ever been to NJ? Bunch of skinny legged thick chested bodybuilders. I'm not saying it looks good, but you can easily develope a big upper body without training legs. Scientifically it's easier if you train legs though...

I definately do not agree with this "theory" The majority of guys in my gym have pencil legs but a very muscular upper body.. like field of dreams.. "If you train it, it will grow" Most of the guys realize that chicks dont put much emphasis on musclar legs, but chicks do get wet when a guy has a chisled muscular upper body.. I train legs like a religion for muscular balance and because i'm an athlete..
