My biceps are pretty big, and i am gonna start a new excersize called 21's. U do 7 reps half way up, 7 reps from half way to the top, and then 7 full reps. Have any of u tried this, and did u notice any results? thanks
not a real hypertrophic (growth) oriented exercise. kindof neat to do once in a while for a shocker, but dont expect to switch to a routine like that for growth.
