So, because I was finding the Texas Method was making my legs very weak during my MMA training I changed my workjout up to the Wendler 5/3/1 . I'm using the layout oin the T-Nation site.\
Standing OHP ( I had to do it seated, was a lot of ppl in the gym and wasn't posible)

Dips, these are all body weight dips

I find this exercise really different from the Tewxas Method, almost feels liek I'm not doing enough but at the same time I am. The OHP wasn't bad but the Dips and Chins were taxing on my arms, esp the dips. The constant grip wit the dips feels weird when I let go. But ya, thats that. Also , I did some boxing from 7-8:30pm which was good as well. Tomorrow (Thursday) I will b doing workout 2 of the Wendlers program and will report back then. weight is still around 200 but physique is def changing!
