What is a good snack food in terms of no fat and artificially sweetened (nutrasweet)? I tried animal crackers which don't have too many calories but I end up eating too many which add up fast.
Another question: I've cut up a bit via eca but now i'm interested in putting on mass. Should i stick with the eca or drop it? I still have more topical fat i want to get rid of.
