Gonna tighten up diet tommorow fellas, after puttin in some mega work tommorow for thanksgiving its cycle time! this time around im considering cutting out all red meat just for the 8-10 weeks.. one of my guys out here from the gym swore to me that to drop the bf i want i should consider just trying cuttin out all red meats and concentrating on chicken/eggs/milk im a meathead so im not all too sure about cuttin it all out, any opinions? or people that have tried that while on
