Gonna tighten up diet tommorow fellas, after puttin in some mega work tommorow for thanksgiving its cycle time! this time around im considering cutting out all red meat just for the 8-10 weeks.. one of my guys out here from the gym swore to me that to drop the bf i want i should consider just trying cuttin out all red meats and concentrating on chicken/eggs/milk:o im a meathead so im not all too sure about cuttin it all out, any opinions? or people that have tried that while on

Ive done chicken/eggs/milk routine, got pretty lean...I was taking tren with it though so that helped a lot. Upped my cardio as well\.
 
If you want to drop bodyfat you need to lower carbs and do some cardio. No need to cut out red meat, you can still eat it every day.
 
inhibit- did you find any less strength doing that then while packin in the red? im gonan be doing tren aswell this cycle 75mg eod tren ace with some other goodies.. should be a banger!

goal - im already doin some cardio which i hate doin i must say, my guy swears im gettin too much fat from the red meat tho i usually eat red meat 1-2 times per day or 1 time every other day..

Eat lean cuts of red meat. Especially 97/3 ground meat. Only 4.5g fat per 4oz. I incorporate it in to all of my diets. As long as you are getting your EFA's and meeting the fat macros of your diet, there is no need to cut it.
