You know the beginner split from the Arnold's Encyclopedia? Here it is:

Mon, Thr

Chest - 3 exercises 5 sets each
Back - same


Tue, Fri

Should - same
Arms - 2 ex. for bis, 2 for tris, 1 for forearms


Wedn, Sat

Thighs - 2 exerc., 5 sets each
hams - 1 X 5 sets
calves - 1 X 5 sets



Abs every day.


Some people think they would overtrain on this, and I did too. But I tried it, and so far I'm seeing good results: I'm getting stronger and bigger again.

Try it sometime.

Oh, yeah, use hard exercises, like heavy t-rows, barb.bench, squats, incl. db, shit like that.
 
I followed a schedule very similar to this for a long time before my convert to powerlifting... I thought it was the perfect volume for me and saw excellent gains with it....
