arnold leg advice

I just finished reading one of Arnolds lifting books, and he said that when he squatted, he would keep his legs shoulder length apart, toes pointing out a little, and go to the floor. I think that this is harder on the knees though. What do u think about this compared to a wider squatting position. I think that this is harder on the knees though.

oh oh....here we go again. ;)

scroll down a bit bro, there is a thread from a few days ago where we went round and round on this topic.

did arnold have big legs?... compared to today's pros?

just squat how you are the strongest and the most comfortable. trust me it won't make any difference at all how you point your toes, width of stance yes.

keep it fairly wide and go low is my advice.
