Are you doing any weight training? To me, that is more important than cardio. I have always looked at cardio as a supplement to my lifting, but some may differ with me on that. I do know that a few years back I dropped 35 pounds over 3.5 months JUST LIFTING. If I did cardio then, it was half-a'ssed at best. Try searching some sample split programs. If you want, I can send you mine. Its a 5-day split and I have it in an excel spreadsheet ready to print out. Do remember that what works for one, will not work for another. However, if you keep at it...all will go well.
Also, real quick....Get the idea of "targetting" a muscle group out of your head. You can work a particular area well, but you cannot spot reduce fat for the most part. You will see everything melt away as one when you reduce your BF and drop a few lbs. Be patient. Think of how long it took you/how long you have been this way. You can change your body quickly, but you will still need patience.
