they're claiming that if you peel off the skin, the chicken itself is only 3g of fat. but thats decietful, b/c who takes the skin off anyway?!

I bet they use pure partially hydrogenated oil for frying. Peanut oil (fully processed) would be better.. but i'm stayin the hell away from these dang virgin plant oils.
