Anyone recommend a good full body routine?

I'm looking preferably for a pre-made routine that's easy to follow, because I've been designing my own routines for the duration of my training and I don't know how optimum this has been, so something tried and tested would be nice.

I was looking at Westside for Skinny Bastards but the thing that really REALLY puts me off about it is the fact that there is only one lower body day, so you have to choose between squatting OR deadlifting, which is just absurd to me because I love them both!

I've read some articles about designing your own full body routine but it can all get a bit messy so like I said I'm looking for something pre-made really.

Anybody gotten good results from any particular full body routines? If so please share

why not try the routine as it is and see what happens. you love dead lifting and squatting in the same week but your not getting the results you want. you want a pre set routine. maybe that routine will give you better results.

here is my routine ive been running for about 6 months now.

1
flat db press
stand bb press
dips sets
rev grip press

3
deads
bent rows
tbar rows
shrugs
chins

5
squats
leg curl
leg ext
stand calf

i play around wth the sets and rep ranges. sometimes i even throw in negatives and static holds.
