After squatting for 5 sets ( I hit a personal record ) and then 2 sets of straight leg deads I had to run to the bathroom and I threw up everywhere.

First came out the bcaas then my steak and rice which was my preworkout meal

Of course this is the first day of my pct and I'm buggin about loosing the cals...

I had to skip my shoulder part of the workout bc I wanted to get my shake In ASAP after throwing up my other nutrients...

Wtf , this happen to anyone else ?

Ive thrown up on plenty of leg days. It used to be almost common.

I used to almost weekly, it's because your blood pressure gets too high. Try limiting saturated fat consumption for a while and get some hawthorn berry and celery seed extra. Take a serving 2x daily and make sure 1 is an hour prior to your workout.

It really means.....YOU'RE DOING IT RIGHT!!!!
GOOD JOB!!!!

if you are throwing up during a workout you need to re-examine what and when you are eating before your workout.

try 2 scrambled eggs 40 minutes before your workout instead.

also you need to be drinking water. stay away from protein shakes and all that nonsense, its funny how at the gym the serious lifters carry around water and the newbsticks carry around their little protein shakes lol.

steak is a bad choice before a workout, very hard to digest and sits in your stomach while you are working out. of course you are gonna throw it up

if you do cardio then 2 hours before a banana, rice, and sweet potato's are perfect. you should not eat within a 2 hour window of your runs or you will get sick

Ive felt queasy and light headed but never gotten sick.. I did pop blood vessels in my eyes and on my chest from trying to leg press a bit to much

I pop blood vessels around my eyes at least twice a week, generally from pushing hard on compound exercises...

I threw up in the gym toilets a few weeks back, just after my ninth set of squats, 12-14 reps with a four second negative, real hot day and the weights room has no windows and shitty aircon... I was pissed I lost my meal but felt better instantly and went on to calves and back....

Sorry but that is just tarded. "Pop blood vessels around my eyes at least twice a week"?

Your doing it wrong if you pop blood vessels on a regular basis. If you think you need to reach that level of effort week after week to make gains your misinformed
