Just got back into the gym after two years. Last week was my first real week. On Thursday I did squats, deadlift, pullups, along with a bunch of upper body pull exercises around 8 PM.
Got home and lost my lunch from 2 PM. It was a chicken salad. Interestingly I digested nearly all of the chicken and tomatoes, but the lettuce came up, along with the water I drank at the gym in three strong and productive heaves. Go figure.
