AM/PM Training

any opinions on an am/pm split ....i live right above the gym and i'm currently running a cycle so i want to benefit as much as possible from it......just wondering if anyone has done morning/ night splits and if they can help me out.....wanna get each bodypart trained more often .....right now i'm on a 4 on 1 off schedule

post your routine right now and I could help you out. I don't see anything wrong with and AM/PM split. Just make sure you eat about an hour before each so you'll have enough energy when you do hit it.

The AM/PM split is great if you have the time- good stress reliever either way- morning is empty to get the good workout- evening will be more chicks around....also when I go back in on PM- it makes me eat better throughout the day cuz i dont wanna go in all sluggish...especially if I have cardio that day.

right now i do chest/bis....legs....back/tris.....shoulders....day off....start over....every two weeks i switch the bis and tris with the bigger bodypart

If you can fit it into your schedule go for it. I do 2 body parts/day, for example quads/bi's. After killing my quads and a day of work, I'm so tired my bicep workout sux. As long as you eat right like mentioned before you can have two solid workouts instead of dying by the end like me
