So check this out. I'm 125 pounds and 35 and I consider myself easily the strongest chick in the gym and stronger than most of you and most guys at the gym too. here are my lifts and goals:
bench 165lbs goal: 200+
Squat 240 goal: 300+
DL 230, goal: 300+
I'm gonna be using mast prop 15mg eod.
